Abs are most definitely made in the kitchen, but it’s always good to have strong core muscles. It really helps with overall training when you have a solid core. If you’re having issues with form on other workouts, there’s a good chance it’s because you have weak core muscles, so start training your core at least 2-3 times per week 💪🏽
