Day 15 of my fitness advent calendar .. 60 sec air punches 🤶💪🏻 Let’s get that heart rate elevated on a Sunday . Start with your left forward and your right foot back so your standing at a slight angle. As you punch hold your core in but pivot on your back foot and twist your hips to really engage the whole body. Thank you to all who have participated in my challenges and have been my student clients, have filmed or looked after kids to make this study work.

I cannot believe that I managed to complete this course within the given time frame with everything else that was going on this year. And believe me, this year was a huge one!

I started this course in Feb (they enrolled me in the Jan one, so I played one month catch up). I developed a high interest in fitness and realised that it helped me to deal with things better. It became a coping strategy and I wanted to become stronger and healthier. 
I didn’t see myself being able to join a gym as a single mum with two little ones and working part time. And instead of investing in various home workouts apps/dvds I decided to learn it myself. 
If I want something, I want to do it the right way!

I seriously have fallen in love with fitness and healthy nutrition. With the PT course you also learn about nutrition as its important to fuel your body with what it needs to be able to have the energy to work out and build muscle or lose fat. It’s amazing what you body is capable of with adjusting macros and exercising! Once you start working out consistently, you start to develop a healthier relationship with food. 
It also made me realise how much I love to teach others and share my knowledge. 
The PT course is just the beginning. There is so much more out there to learn and to keep up to date with the fitness and nutrition knowledge!
