I write this at 9:30am Wednesday morning!
I could not help but to share with you all everything I have already done today Before 9am! •
I have been reading @themiraclemorning and by actioning everything I’m learning through the chapters in this book what I am able to get out of each and every day is far more than I ever have in the past. Because of committing to making time for the things I love doing each and every morning is an achievement in itself and sets me up for my day! •
I could continue to make excuses and complain about the fact there isn’t enough hours in the day...but guess what there’s more than enough time if you manage it correctly & commit to waking up an hour earlier or 2 hours earlier than you usually would. Which would mean going to bed earlier at night so you’re well rested! •
I would highly highly recommend this book to anyone who is open for change! He talks about the importance of the first hour of your day and how that hour after you wake determines the kind of day you will have! And the saying you snooze you loose goes far deeper then just a saying! If you snooze you literally loose. You’re resisting your life essentially putting off your life every time you hit snooze. So I encourage everyone do this for yourself. I’m so energised, fulfilled & so god dam happy because I make the time to do the things that make me happy! •
Read this book 📖 & simply, MAKE SHIT HAPPEN! Kids or no kids, tired or not tired! Excuses are excuses so when will you choose to stop making them ? •
I woke at 4:45am
In the first hour of my day I mediated, I did yoga, I did a 10 minute workout, I read affirmations, I took time to write down things I’m grateful for in my life & walked my dog. Still don’t believe there isn’t enough hours in the day ? •
Life happens to all of us but it’s up to us to let it defeat us or define us! .
